Register PCS WebGantt©
PCS offers three different options for registering your copy of
WebGantt© based on the number of
computers/web servers that you need to install the product onto.
Please read the following terms and conditions and select the
applicable button to the left to proceed with registration. To

1-License Registration
This option allows you to install WebGantt© on a single
computer, whether that computer is a stand-alone machine, part of a
network, or a web server. If the computer to which the product
is installed services multiple web sites, you do not need additional
licenses. That is, WebGantt licenses are server-specific
rather than website specific and a single license may service
multiple websites provided those sites are run from a single
computer. Note that if your websites are served from a server
farm or cluster, you will need a license for each server that is
part of the farm/cluster.
2-License Registration
This option allows you to install WebGantt© on two (2) computers, whether they be stand-alone computers, part of
a network, or web servers. Note that these computers do not
have to be physically located at the same location to take advantage
of this license. This option is perfect for instances where
you have a development server and a "live" server. All other provisions are the same as outlined for the
1-License Registration above.
5-License Registration
This option allows you to install WebGantt© on a up to
five (5) computers, whether they be stand-alone computers, part of
a network, or web servers. Note that these computers do not
have to be physically located at the same location to take advantage
of this license. For example, if you have five web servers at
different locations within your company, you can use this licensing
option. Also, if your "live" web is served by a cluster of
servers, this option works great. All other provisions are the same as outlined for the
1-License Registration above.
Enterprise License Registration
This option allows you to install WebGantt© on as many
computers as you desire. These computers can be physically
located anywhere in the world. If you are serving websites
from a large server farm or cluster, this is your best licensing
option as you can install WebGantt© on new servers as you
add them to the farm/cluster.

Questions regarding registration
1. The number of web servers I have doesn't exactly match
one of your license packages -- can I purchase multiple 1-license
registrations? No. At present the only registration
options are the ones listed above. We recommend you purchase
the license package that is slightly larger than what you currently
need (for example, our 5-license option if you have four servers).
That way, your web servers are properly licensed and you have extra
licenses to spare in the event you expand your suite of servers.2. I have
purchased an Enterprise License and I need more than the number of
registration keys I was originally assigned. Send an email
to support@thepcsweb.com
to request additional keys. Send your original invoice number,
the name and email address that you used when you originally
registered, at least one of the registration keys you were
originally assigned, plus the number of additional keys you need.
Once PCS confirms your original registration we will email you the
additional keys.
3. I originally purchased a 1-license (or 2-license or
5-license)
registration and need to upgrade to a different license option.
How do I do this? Send an email to
support@thepcsweb.com.
Include your original invoice number, the name and email address
that you used when you originally registered, and let us know what
license option you need to upgrade to. We will create an
upgrade invoice for you. The cost of this invoice will be
the difference between the new license price and the price you
originally paid, meaning you will not have to pay any more than you
would had you originally purchased the larger license.
4. My credit card doesn't seem to be working!
Our merchant account only accepts MasterCard and VISA, so if you are
using another card such as American Express, the registration
transaction will be denied. Additionally, make sure your name
and address that you use to register matches the billing address on
the credit card. Sometimes a large mismatch in registration
data provided in the transaction and the data on-file with your card
company will cause the transaction to be rejected.
5. I registered a previous version of WebGantt©,
can I upgrade? YES, if you own a WebGantt©
license for a version prior to 4.0, you can upgrade to a 1-license
registration of WebGantt for FREE! However, the registration
key from your current version will no longer with with version 4.0.
To obtain a new registration key, send an email to
support@thepcsweb.com containing the email address you used to
register WebGantt©, your current registration key, and if
you still know it, your original invoice number. Once we
confirm your registration, we'll email you a new key. If you
need to upgrade to a 2-, 5-license or Enterprise license, follow the
directions in #3 above. |
